Our second Food for Thought: Nature Talk will feature speaker Dr. Laurie Rush.  Dr. Rush, featured in the book “Lives in Ruins: Archaeologists and the Seductive Lure of Human Rubble”, is an archaeologist who has been studying the history and archaeology of this region for more than 30 years. She will discuss archaeology research and findings about the indigenous people of Northern NY and their management of local landscapes, biodiversity, and food sources.
