Trail Kiosk Building Workshop

The Indian River Lakes Conservancy opened the Red Lake Preserve at 41315 Honey Hill Road, Theresa, NY this June. The preserve is open for people to enjoy outdoor recreation and for wildlife to live free.
If you are a teen interested in the environmental field and working with your hands to leave a lasting impact? Join us to learn hands-on with professional guidance how to build a trail kiosk.
The IRLC’s Project WHIRL for teens is a program that has been running since 2019 to provide teens with environmental education and opportunities to connect with nature. This kiosk build will also introduce teens to real-life building skills and working with concepts of construction.
