March – Food For Thought

On March 30th, Professor Paul Graham from St. Lawrence University presented his book In Memory of Bread. Graham was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 36 and had to give up his beer brewing and bread making hobbies. After his diagnosis, Graham researched why there is an increase in food intolerances.

His book chronicles his transition to a gluten free lifestyle in a personal and sometimes humorous way. Graham to considered “good food to be good living” soon realized that celiac disease took over how he sees food.
