Saturday, June 10, 2017   10:00 am

Grand Lake Reserve

There is a veritable feast in the forest, if you know what to look for.  Some of the plants we pass along the trail and think of as weeds are actually very nourishing and delicious foods.  Join us for a leisurely walk in the Grand Lake Reserve as Rick Pickert points out and discusses some of the wild edibles found along the trail.

Registration is appreciated for this program.

Trails may be muddy so wear appropriate shoes.  Water and insect repellent are recommended.

This program is free and open to the public, donations are gratefully accepted.
